Meet Gina, our dedicated Managing Director at Bell Day since 2010. With a BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies and her Early Years Teacher status, she a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As qualified trainer, Gina skillfully balances her time between the Pre-school and Nursery, ensuring that every child receives the best possible start to their education. Her commitment to nurturing young minds is at the heart of everything we do!

Kirsty brings over 30 years of experience as a practitioner to our nursery, making her an invaluable asset to our team. She supports Gina in managing the daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From overseeing domestic ordering to maintaining health and safety standards, Kirsty plays a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children and staff alike.

Emma La Roche

Meet Emma, our dedicated Deputy Manager and Early Years Teacher with over 8 years of experience across two settings. As a qualified trainer, she plays a vital role in supporting the professional development of our staff. Emma also works closely with Lily to ensure that all children are-prepared for their transition to school, guiding their growth and development every step of the way.

Lily Bidwell

Lily is the dedicated Deputy Manager of our Pre-school, currently on maternity leave. With over six years of experience, she excels in supporting children’s learning and development, ensuring they are well-prepared for school. Lily is also passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with the staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Her commitment to early childhood education is further reflected in her BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies.

Jenny Rivers

Meet Jenny, our dedicated Book Keeper and Director. Trained as a primary school teacher at Saffron Walden Teacher Training College, she began her career teaching in various schools before specializing in Nursery Education. Since joining our Nursery staff in 1993, Jenny has returned to her roots, bringing invaluable experience and a passion for nurturing young minds. Her expertise in both education and finance ensures our Nursery runs smoothly and effectively.

Arthur Coote

Director Arthur works part-time across both settings. He is an outstanding practitioner with many years experience who enjoys training others in Childcare.
